In Store Terms & Conditions

In store deposits are non-refundable.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the property can accommodate the product including width of access doorways.

Return of goods is not accepted or refunds given if the products do not fit suitability.

Customer must be in at delivery time/ day specified.

Customer must give 12 hours notice to alter delivery time.

If the delivery team are unable to access property, goods will be returned to the branch for collection by the customer, or a redelivery can be made at a cost of no less than £35, to be paid in store prior to redelivery.

Guarantee on reconditioned products will be 3 months from date of purchase for parts and labour, except for misuse and only for domestic usage.

Appliances removed from Customers property will become sole property of the company to dispose of as they wish.


Connection will be to suitable existing points and must be sited within 1 metre of the appliance.

Electric cooker connection will only be to a suitable existing point.

No connection will be made if the installer considers your electric or gas plumbing systems to be unsafe or unsuitable.


Customers are solely responsible for making sure appliances can be accommodated into their property and for ensuring appliances will fit in their designated position within the property without alterations to any fixtures or fittings.

Any alterations required by the customer to any fixtures or fittings will be chargeable. An estimate will be given to the customer prior to commencing any works and must be paid in full prior to completion. We will complete the works at the customers earliest opportunity.

The company accepts no responsibility for damage to fixtures or fittings unless they are brand new, due to old products becoming brittle with age.

Returns Policy

A credit note may be given at the company’s discretion but only on production of the original receipt, and as long as the goods are in the same saleable condition. All deposits are non-refundable. Transfer or deposits to alternative products is at the discretion of the company.

Spares identified by the customer or supplied correctly cannot be refunded. Spares are not supplied on a buy and try basis
